My coaching goal of generating an optimized prioritization and categorization of tasks and team resources to protect personal performance was definitely achieved. My pronounced conclusion about the coach: clear, motivating, structuring.

I am convinced that individual coaching is a valuable experience. However, the quality of this experience depends strongly on whether coach and coachee harmonize. This is the case with Katrien and me. I am very enthusiastic about working together.

The results were fantastic!  The course itself was was very helpful and it prepared the participants to have conversations with customers at top level.  Where I want to thank you personally for your part in this course, is the guidance and coaching that you provided to me.

I feel promoted to the right position by your coaching. The self-confident and specific part of my attitude has really developed clearly. I sometimes don’t recognize myself when I raise my voice in a meeting and the participants listen to me and follow my contribution.

The 1½ days were a well invested time, we dealt intensively with ourselves as managers and not with the “usual” specialist topics. This is also part of my personal summary of the workshop and I would like to thank you once again for the design and implementation.
